IL3 16v I just don't have a clue what it says. For me it looks like a cluster of some black random decals.. I think it would look much better if you'd shrink it a notch or two, or use only really small logo (size of sideview mirror)?

Horrible IMHO.
It's not supposed to be flashy, just a team logo.
